How much gaming…

…do you think I got in at the beach for a week with my wife and two little girls?

Abso-freaking-lutely none at all.  And clearly, I got in just about as much writing.

I took games to play with Samantha, games for just me and Gwen, and even a game or two that I could play solo if I wanted to.  But for some reason, having two little ones under 4 years old in the same room with us all week didn’t afford me much free time for either pursuit.

Heck, I even made up cards to work on my new top 100 list and took them with me, but they never saw the light of day.

But anyway, I will hopefully get back on track this week with some new articles including a game night report from a couple of weeks ago, the aforementioned Top 100 Games update, and maybe a review or two of some children’s games I’ve been playing with Gwen and Samantha.

Be back soon…

    So how was the beach?

Lets get a good batch of gaming in at Hypermind tomorrow night.

The beach was good, but I’m definitely ready to get back to the gaming table!

Did y’all actually play the Game of the Month! last week?  It was pretty tragic that no one played Troyes the week before, and I was wondering if it was shunned once again, making it perhaps the biggest GotM! failure ever…

I don’t know if Troyes was played before my arrival which was about 8:20. I will play Troyes in the spirit of the GotM or if someone else really wants to but it is too random for me. Not in the playing out of the dice rolls but in the cards that come out creating the topology for that session.
