Carnival Smashes into Kickstarter!

Just a little under 13 hours ago, Cherilyn and Chris Kirkman of Dice Hate Me Games launched a Kickstarter campaign for their first game, Carnival!  What’s really cool is that they’ve already raised over $3,800 of their obviously meager $5,000 goal.

I hope to publish a full review for Carnival tomorrow (based on the beta prototype, anyway), but in the meantime, check out Cherilyn’s designer diary on BGG, as well as the Kickstarter page and the game’s website for more information to see if you too might want to help support it!

  1. If you haven’t been keeping up, Carnival reached it’s goal in less than 17 hours! It’s also crept into the BGG “Hot List”! But you still have 44 days to preorder the game and help Cherilyn and Chris make it a success.

  2. Thanks for spreading the word! Really looking forward to your review. And we’re still reeling from the funding and support! It’s been truly awesome.

  3. Chris N,
thanks again for including me in a play through on Tuesday. I’m excited to be backing this game on kickstarter, as well as giving them some link love myself on my blog as well.
This will be one of those games that comes with me on a weekly basis for a while once I get my copy.

Chris K and Cherilyn…nice job, and congrats again on the quick fully funded start!

I was hoping to get the review up at lunch, but due to some technical difficulties, it’ll have to wait until tonight.  Check back later!
